Job Title: Senior Sales Representative (Manufacturing)

Job Summary

The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with business customers within the manufacturing sector. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering solutions that align with customer needs and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B sales experience, a consultative approach, and a solid understanding of manufacturing products or processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and close new B2B business opportunities within assigned territory or market segment
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement and relationship building
  • Conduct product presentations, proposals, and negotiations with decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, operations, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and CRM documentation
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits as needed
  • Support pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and long-term agreements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business challenges and offering tailored solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness to travel as required
